AUTOXPERIA CANCELLATION, REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

1. Introduction

This Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy governs all transactions conducted through the AutoXperia platform, including:

  • New Vehicle Purchases
  • Used Vehicle Purchases
  • Vehicle Booking Amounts
  • Processing Fees
  • Down Payments
  • Vehicle Loans Facilitated Through Partner Financial Institutions
  • Insurance Products
  • Accessories
  • Service Packages
  • Subscription Plans
  • Any other products or services offered by AutoXperia from time to time

By making any payment on AutoXperia, the User agrees to be bound by this Policy.

2. Processing Fees

AutoXperia may charge a Processing Fee for:

  • Exclusive offers
  • Negotiated discounts
  • Priority bookings
  • Lead generation services
  • Vehicle sourcing assistance
  • Financing support
  • Documentation assistance
  • Other value-added services

2.1 Non-Refundable Processing Fee

  • All Processing Fees paid through AutoXperia are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Processing Fees compensate AutoXperia for services already rendered.
  • These services include platform access, lead generation, discount negotiation, dealer coordination, financing assistance, and administrative activities.
  • Processing Fees will not be refunded if the User voluntarily cancels the transaction after availing platform services.

3. New Vehicle Booking Cancellation

3.1 Booking Amount Paid Through AutoXperia

Cancellation requests submitted before dealer confirmation may be eligible for a refund after deduction of:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Banking charges
  • Administrative charges
  • Processing Fee (if applicable)

3.2 Cancellation After Dealer Confirmation

  • Refund eligibility shall be governed by the respective dealer's booking cancellation policy.
  • AutoXperia shall facilitate communication but shall not be liable for dealer-imposed deductions.

3.3 Vehicle Price Changes

  • Vehicle prices may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, registration charges, insurance premiums, and manufacturer charges may also change.
  • Cancellation due to such changes may be subject to applicable deductions.

4. Down Payment Transactions

4.1 Down Payment Collection

  • AutoXperia may collect partial or full down payment amounts on behalf of authorized dealers and financing partners.

4.2 Loan Rejection

  • If the User's loan application is rejected by all participating financial institutions, the down payment may be refunded.
  • Applicable processing charges, banking charges, and administrative costs may be deducted.
  • Any non-refundable Processing Fee shall remain non-refundable.

4.3 User Withdrawal After Loan Approval

  • If the User withdraws after loan approval, vehicle allocation, invoice generation, or dealer processing, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Refund eligibility shall be determined by the dealer, lender, and AutoXperia.

5. Vehicle Loan Applications

  • AutoXperia acts solely as a facilitator between Users and financial institutions.
  • Loan approval is solely at the discretion of the lender.
  • Loan processing charges collected by lenders may be non-refundable.
  • AutoXperia is not responsible for delays, rejections, or policy decisions of lending institutions.

6. Used Vehicle Transactions

6.1 Marketplace Role

  • AutoXperia primarily acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers.

6.2 Listing Fees

  • Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
  • Verification fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
  • Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
  • Promotional fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.

6.3 Transaction Cancellation

  • AutoXperia shall not be responsible for disputes after buyer and seller contact details are exchanged.
  • Lead generation, listing promotion, and verification service fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Vehicle Condition

Users are responsible for verifying:

  • Vehicle condition
  • Ownership records
  • Registration details
  • Service history
  • Accident history
  • Outstanding liabilities

7. Accessories, Insurance & Service Packages

7.1 Accessories

  • Accessory orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, cancellation and return policies shall be governed by the supplier's terms.

7.2 Insurance Products

  • Insurance cancellation and refunds shall be governed by the issuing insurance company and applicable regulations.

7.3 Service Packages

  • Service vouchers may be non-refundable once activated or redeemed.
  • Maintenance packages may be non-refundable once activated or redeemed.
  • Promotional coupons may be non-refundable once activated or redeemed.

8. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days depending on:

  • Dealer processing timelines
  • Financial institution processing
  • Payment gateway settlement cycles
  • Banking network delays

AutoXperia shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party institutions.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

AutoXperia reserves the right to:

  • Suspend transactions
  • Withhold refunds
  • Seek additional verification
  • Cancel bookings in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, identity mismatch, or suspicious activity

10. Force Majeure

AutoXperia shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or refund processing issues caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Technical outages
  • Banking disruptions
  • Events beyond reasonable control
